Who is Riten Industries? Riten is the world’s largest manufacturer of Live and Dead Centers and Face Drivers. These products are our only business. We’ve been in business since 1933, and no other company can match our experience and engineering skill. We have the industry’s broadest line of standard products, and can also design custom specials to meet a customer’s unique needs.

All products are American-made in Riten’s 35,000 sq. ft. production facility in central Ohio. Products are also available from five regional warehouses. Our quality system is certified annually to meet the demanding requirements of ISO-9001. Riten has a dedicated full-time department for repairing and rebuilding used live and dead centers.

Dear Customer,

It is our goal to help you make your manufacturing process as efficient as possible while also providing the utmost in customer satisfaction. Located in southern Ohio, Riten Industries has been a family owned and operated business since 1933. During that time we have grown into the largest Live and Dead Center manufacturer in the world. Along with our Live and Dead Centers, we are also a leading manufacturer of high precision Face Drivers, Master Stock Pushers and Custom Workholding Fixtures.

Our years of experience have provided us with a superior understanding of the complex ever changing world of manufacturing. Whether you are in the market for one of our standard products for everyday use on the plant floor, or require one on one engineering assistance in designing a custom tool specific to your needs, Riten Industries has the capabilities to best serve you. You can rest assured that as your product makes its way through our facility, it is manufactured to precision tolerances, using only the finest methods from today’s cutting edge technologies. From the smallest of dead centers to the most complex of face drivers, every product leaving our doors has to pass a rigorous inspection process before it’s stamped with the Riten name.

As a Riten customer our service to you does not end at simply providing you with a quality product. We also offer you an unmatched Live Center repair/trade-in policy as well as our unique Center Survey Program. As a part of our repair policy, when you return a Riten standard Live Center we will rebuild the center to “like new” condition for a fraction of the original cost. We even extend this rebuilding policy to include those centers that you may have purchased from another manufacturer. If a Riten live center is deemed unrepairable, we will offer you a generous trade-in allowance against the purchase of an equivalent new live center. We even extend the trade-in allowance to include centers that you may have purchased from another manufacturer.

We have also developed an in-plant survey program to help you gain control of your workholding inventory. A free program to qualified customers, our Center Survey Program involves a Riten representative and a distributor of your choice conducting a complete inventory of all of your live centers, dead centers and face drivers. The result is a comprehensive written report listing both standard and custom tools at your location; their condition, standardization suggestions, identification of duplicates, repair costs and trade-in opportunities. Prints are provided to help identify custom live centers and dead centers. This information is provided to you in an easy to reference binder detailing your inventory by workcenter. With this comprehensive list you can maximize availability and minimize costs.
