Immediately upon receipt of your tool, it is assigned a tracking number which will identify your property throughout the inspection and repair process.
After careful disassembly of your live center or face driver, our technicians perform a thorough inspection, documenting the serviceability of the components and the steps required to restore the product to “like new” condition. Our Engineering department then reviews the product and documentation to resolve any questions of repair status.
Our Customer Service department informs you of the cost and delivery of the repair via fax. If the product is determined to be un-repairable, you may elect our trade-in allowance or request to have the tool returned to you. Face drivers and dead centers are not eligible for the trade-in allowance.
